JUMBO STEEL
Founded in 1986, Jumbo Steel specializes in all types of plastic extruder machinery and is regarded as one of the biggest manufacturers in the sector. A series of PP straw making machines, PET or PP strapping band making machines, PVC heat shrinkable film making machines are among its wide-ranging products.
Presently, we are focusing on the development of the line automation system, which is comprised of a straw extruder, an automatic straw bending equipment, and a straw packing machine fitted with two self-designed conveyors. Separately, these machines can produce 1,000 pieces per minute (JS 285S/3V), 1000 pieces per minute (JS 168), and 500 to 2000 pieces per minute (JS 603), respectively. The system will be featured in upcoming tradeshows, such as the NPE 2006, PlastIndia 2006, Taipei Plast 2006.
We also have made some success in PET strapping band making machine that can process 100% recycled flakes from PET bottles. The JS 237AP is its first model that is fed with 100% recycled materials, and this unit is already being sold to buyers from Russia and mainland China.
Aside from plastic extruder machinery, we also produces downstream packaging machines. Its JS 605 is capable of handling around 700 - 900 pieces per minute, while its JS 602U and JS 602 are especially designed for tetrapack straw production.
Each Jumbo Steel machine is best described as a system designed to operate with utmost flexibility. The JS die and cutting series is a good example. This unit can be easily transformed from a drinking straw production line, for instance, to a line for making ball-pen refills, lollypop sticks, or cotton bud stick.
For PVC heat shrinkable film making machine, machine has been exporting to world wild including South America, Asia (India, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, China.....), Middle East, Africa & Europ. Machine is separated for purpose of label, wrapping or cap seal.
With a view to keep up with the rapid development of the global industry, through the help of e-commerce, JUMBO-STEEL is expanding its sales to more than 80 countries. Now, the expanding production scale and effective capacity enables JUMBO STEEL to cooperate with customers in a more profitable and efficient way. |
