[Miestones]
1990 Exact Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded. Developing and manufacturing high precision hirth gears and the index tables.
1992 EXACT trademark was registered. Developing NC rotary tables driven by dual-lead worm gears and index tables built with hirth coupling gears.
1993 Developing and manufacturing Automatic Pallet Changers. NCT series NC Rotary table and TRT series NC tilting rotary table started commercial production.
1997 International Sales Department was established and started to promote the brand of EXACT in overseas markets.
2001 Moved to new factory. Developing the planetary table and one-piece frame multi-spindle rotary tables which were first announced in Taiwan.
2002 Whole series of products were inspected by TUV and confirmed to be in compliance with EU indications and regulations.
2005 The first workshop was established to machine and produce the hirth coupling gears and major components.
2006 Annual productivity reached 1000 sets. Built distributing partnerships in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and South Africa.
2007 Expanding the facility by building the new factory in Fongyuan Taichung.
2008
Developing direct drive system table EDS series.
Annual productivity reaches 1400 sets.
2009 The new tilting rotary table ERT series and large central hole rotary tables were announced.
2011 Annual productivity reached 3000 sets.
2013 ISO9001 certificated.
2014 Joined the M-Team Alliance to enhance the management capacity and efficiency. |
