Our group corporation, holds the ISO9001-2000 certificate which could manufacture a wide variety of forgings and forged flanges which are in accordance with industry accepted standard including ASTM, ANSI, and ASME specifications such as BS, ANSI B16.5 in alloy, Monel, Inconel, carbon steel, A105, ASTM A181 Class60, Stainless Steel, ASTM A182, 304&304L, 316&316L, 321, 347 etc. 1/2” –120” nominal pipe size, pressures from 150# to 2500# to ANSI B16.5, Large diameter flanges with 4000mm OD, AWWA C207, MSS SP44, API 605, Class 175,250 and so on. The types of the flanges are WN, SO, SW, LJ, BL, THR and Plate.
The forging factory holds the TUV certificate whose devices include some 150 machines such as D52 CNC ring rolling machine, 1000kg, 2000kg, 5000kg open-die forging machines, 1000kg, 2000kg, 5000kg close-die electro-hydraulic hammers, 6000-ton water press, 630-ton friction screw press, 450-ton broking ring machine and 100 processing machines with a annual capacity of over 10000 tons of forge pieces including the carbon steel flanges and the stainless steel forgings.
We control the quality of the products by strict entrance of the raw materials, severe inspections of each step during the process, Ultrasonic Test on the flanges, efficiency of the transportation, and etc.
We could manufacture any size flanges according to your requirements. We have been making UT test upon the flanges to ensure the quality of the products.
