We can do SPOT Purchase Orders, 12 month contracts with Revolving LCs and NON Revolving LCs. The seller is flexible with procedures.
LCs accepted are SBLC,BG, Transferable, NON Transferable, Revolving LCs.
Visit: Yard visit after contract is signed.
Pictures: The pictures can be taken at the yard after contract is signed.
Inspection: SGS, CCIC
Origin: USA Yards
No B/L, SGS or Pass Performance Documents before hand.
This avoid solicitations from so called buyers and brokers with these documents.
Seller put up 2%PB to activate NON Operative LC.
LC Must be from TOP PRIME WORLD BANK in order for the seller to do the order.
**Procedures
1.Buyer Issue LOI & BCL or ICPO.
2.Seller Issue FCO.
3.Buyer Sign Stamp the FCO and Send It Back to Seller.
4.Seller sends the Contract draft to the Buyer.
5.Buyer Sign It, Stamp It and back to Seller.
6.Seller Send to the Buyer the Contract once more but as Original Copy on Seller's Company head Letter via express mail.
7.The Buyer Signs the two Copies and send to Seller via express mail Seller's Copy.
8.The Buyer visits the site to be sure of the goods and to follow up the Shipping.
9.After the end Buyer visit the site and be sure of the goods, he will issue the LC.
10.The Buyer issue Non Operative LC, the Seller issue 2% PB which tern the LC, Automatically from Non Operative LC to Operative LC.
We need Un-sanitized ICPO or LOI with banking on it from the buyer so seller can do soft probe on buyer account. Seller must see that a buyer is ready and seriously ready to buy.
Contracts are sent out to the buyer within 48 hours.
