Zibo Boshan QiangHua Glass Bead Factory is a profession factory that domestic produce the tiny bead in glass series
product,which is been located in the home town of the porcelain and ceramics azure stone --Shandong Boshan.

glass, develop and produce the little pearl of ordinary type , enhancement mode , wear-resisting type , neutral glass. The
products carry on in line with ISO9000 and ISO14000 and manage and produce strictly, there are 5 pearl production lines of
glass in all, 20 senior technical staff, 30 intermediate technical staff, 65 skilled workers, produce the pearls of glass of
different specifications and uses 2000 tons every year , has already widely applied to the chemical paint coating , dyestuffs
, printing ink , tape , medicine, kaolin , papermaking , cotton mould , metallurgy , such production fields as the petroleum

cenosphere is widely used as filler material in various industries such as cement, rubber, plastics, resins, concrete,
lightweight construction
prefabrications, etc.
Cenosphere is a glass hard, inert, hollow silicate sphere. Cenosphere is generally used to
reduce the weight of plastics, rubbers, resins, cement, etc.

distribution, etc.
Applications
Refractory, PVC flooring, oil-well cements, brake linings, Phenolics, Epoxies, Cast Polyesters, synthetic marbles, syntactic
foams. Low density cements, shotcrete and gypsum board joint compounds. Automotive sound-dampening sheets.

Zeeospheres

Zeeosphere is a series of separated products directly from fly ash in dry conditions at the fly ash disposal area. With the
advanced technology of bulk conveying, more and more power plants have adopted the method of fly ash dry disposal. This makes
separation of cenosphere impossible. However, the dry fly ash presented us a chance to separate many other different glass
particles with comparatively lower cost than wet material. |
