Established in 1992, Ningbo Yongjin Mechanical Fittings Factory is a private enterprise located in Ningbo. Its main manufacturing equipments are imported machining center, numerically controlled lathe, engine lathe, different kinds of grinding machines, milling machines, a whole set of heat-treatment processing equipments, plastic jetting-molding machines, 90% of which were newly introduced during 2003 and 2004. Our main clients are Japanese Brother Industries Co., Ltd, Sumitomo, and Yamadadobby；and Shanghai Hui Gong No.3 Sewing Machine Factory of China Typical Sewing Machine Group.
Honors of the company:
1. It passed ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification in 2004;
2. It passed the “Green Purchase” Quality System Certification made by Japanese Brother Company in 2004;
3. It was honored with the title of “model enterprise of export-oriented economy in Ningbo” in 2004.
It also concurrently runs heat treatment work, such as vacuum nitriding, carburization, quenching, normalizing, tempering, and hardening and tempering, etc. There are also many experienced technicians, who can have bright hardening and nitriding for mechanical fittings, molds, stainless steel products, with the support of advanced nitriding ( soft and hard) heat treatment equipments in the plant.
Products distribution: most products are sold to Japanese Brother Industries Co., Ltd, Sumitomo, and Yamadadobby as well as Typical Sewing Machine Company of Shanghai and Xi’an, etc. The company possesses import-export authority.
