Foshan Shunde Himens Chemical Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer that specializes in making Polyester Putty series. Since we began to research, and succeed in producing the Polyester Putty series in 1998, we kept making progress through the in-depth studies and continuous technology innovation this seven years.
To satisfy the requirements of body repair field, the Himens has produced the following Polyester Putty series: Putty for furniture/architecture materials, putty for auto repair and manufacture, putty for mechanical equipments, putty for welding line and electrical conduction, also, light-weight polyester putty, high-temperature putty. Furthermore, the unsaturated polyester resins produced by us reach an advanced level compared to companies around the world in this field.
The Himens occupies an area of approximately 20,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of building areas, in which, about 6,000 square meters of modern workshops, storehouse and 1,000 square meters of modernized business office building were built. The Himens owns more than 100 employees, 10% of which are technicians, 15% are managements, and 6% are marketing personnel.
With fine corollary equipments and powerful technicians, our products are of excellent quality. The professionally experienced chemical engineers have been committing themselves to develop high quality and universal, multifunctional and all-purpose body filler. We have two sets resin reaction equipments, one with capacity of 10 tons and the other with 2 tons, so the resins that we produce monthly can reach 600 tons. Six sets of production equipments can produce putty of 1,500 tons monthly.
We have perfect after service and good cooperate partnership with dealers of various regions. Sales network covers the whole China and foreign countries or regions in southeastern Asia, Australia and Italy etc. The management models of "Win-win", "Multi-win" and "Win-together” have been formed."
The Himens owns more than ten brands, including Xinxieli, Guanmei, Fengdu,Yingjinqian, Fengcai, Shigongle, Mingxin99, Mingxin, Tongyong99, Xili99 etc. We adopt modernized management software of ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）. The sectors of production, sales, purchase and development of products are all controlled by computers. The logistics, capital-flow and information-flow are integrated efficiently, which lowers enterprise cost as well as enhances the core competitiveness of the company.
