Our company is a branch office of FengFan Co.. LTD, who specializes in producing precising plastic products. The company is named FengFan Co., LTD Precising Plastic Products Branch Company. Our company registered at National New & High-tech Industrial Development district at Baoding City, Hebei Province.
The company was founded in September 2000, which covering an area of 360,000 square metres. Now 792 staff members are available. The registered capital of our company is thirty-four million. The annual production capacity has reached to10000 tons, and annual turnover is 150 million. It has been the largest base of plastic injection in North China. The main products include housing of storage battery, Hatcher basket Setter tray, components of home appliance, automobile accessories, hygiene clean products etc. Also we undertake the development, design and production of various precise plastic products.
In recent years, our company has brought in advanced procedure equipment and control technology from home and abroad. Therefore the quality of products is more excellent than others in domestic in China. Our company has established quality guarantee system, and it has passed through ISO9001:2000 standard quality system certification in May 2002. There are more than 85 injection molding machine which in different size, small, medium and large. All the equipments are in Grade A quality and the quantity is increasing annually.
There are more than 10 lathes in mould processing workshops, which is used for mill, dig, grind, electrical spark , line cut , numerical control etc. we can produce various plastic injection moulds and precise plastic products as per clients’ request.
