Manufacturing Departments
AP has its own departments covering almost all the procedures of manufacturing including - cushion/upholstery, wood, painting, Polyurethane moulded foams/parts, fiberglass parts, metal works, polishing, injection moulding, vacuum moulding, and final assembly, which empowers us to produce extensive range of products for different purposes.
Machines & Equipments
Our workers are equipped with a complete range of machines and toolings like semi-automatic assembly machine, balance-testing machine, pump-testing machine, automatic wood-cutting machine, and automatic rotary-welding machine, and proudly, these machines are all designed by our engineers according to their experience and understanding of the actual needs of this industry. In addition to this, we also possess machines for wood processing, foam moulding, plastic moulding as well as a complete line of metal forming machines including punching, bending, pressing, DC cutting, welding, etc. With these facilities we can produce most of the components ourselves and thus have more control on material inventory, quality and time for production.
