Nice Chemicals Corp. was founded in 1981. The company has represented for Messrs. Polynt SpA Italy ever since its establishment, introducing Polynt’s Plasticizers, Special Esters, Special Anhydrides … etc. into Taiwan market.
With an eye to expand the business scope, we started positively in 1990 establishing more close relationship with China market, especially when many local manufacturers started to move their production lines to Mainland China. In 1990 ~ 1997 we helped Polynt to accomplish some Maleic Anhydride & Phthalic Anhydride projects in China, besides huge quantity of Polynt’s plasticizers flowed into H.K. and China during this period.
We also imported some Spec. Plastic Additives/Plasticizers from Japan, The States and France for local cable and wires’ industry. In 1999, Messrs. Lonza Singapore Pte. Ltd. started PIA production. We have done our utmost to promote the business in both Taiwan and China markets. Thanks to the great support from Lonza Singapore and good help from our Shanghai office who took on the task from early 2002, we have been proudly to enjoy an increased market share of PIA in U.P.R., Coating and PET industries.
We have also introduced Silicates series products of Messrs. van Baerle AG (Switzerland) into Taiwan and China markets in 2001. The applications of these products are referring to electrode industry and the best class of environmental and fire protection elements and equipments. |
