YI NENG GROUP is a collectivized enterprise which integrates production, import & export and sales together. There are three large-scale companies belonging to our group: Shandong Yineng International Trade Co., Ltd., Hebei Yineng High-Pressure Pipeline Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Hebei Yineng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. Our factories are located in China's Tube Base ---Yanshan of Hebei Province, covering 176,000 square meters, with total assets of RMB198 million, producing 20,000 tons of various pipe fittings annually. There are 226 working staff members, including 60 engineers, economists, accountants and engineers abroad. Our sales headquarters lies in Qilu --- Jinan of Shandong Province, which enjoys independent import and export right. Our products are sold to Indonesia and the Middle Eastern countries. There is also branch office in Beijing.
Our company has attained ISO9001 Quality System Certification. Leading products are complete sets of equipment for electrical field and chemical field; pressure containers in first, second and third sorts; carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, X-class series products with elbows, bends, reducing pipes, capped ends, tees, crosses, flanges and hangers of A335P91 steel, A335P22, WB36 materials. Our company also markets carbon steel pipes (Q235, Q235A, 20#, 20G), stainless steel pipes (0Cr19Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni12MoTi) with different materials and thicknesses, and a series of valve products and compensators with outstanding performance. Besides, we offer electrical wires, cables, instruments, apparatuses and standard parts. Our products are widely applied in various pipeline projects in the field of petroleum, chemicals, natural gas, power generation, metallurgy, heat-supply pipe network, shipbuilding and construction industries.
The technology of our company is strong. Our company is well equipped and detection means are perfect. We are equipped with related facilities of large-scale heat treatment furnace, pushing machine, beveling machine, sawing machine, press machine, ray rooms and sand blasting shop, as well as more than 60 sets of advanced equipment on physics and chemistry, microstructure, nondestructive testing, hydrostatic testing and material testing. All our people are engaged in testing have received professional training and obtained qualification certificates recognized by relevant provincial and national departments.
Our company has been awarded with/as "Licenses on Special Equipment Manufacturing of People's Republic of China", "Network Member Plant of State Power Corporation Power Plant Parts Supply (high temperature and high pressure pipe no more than 600 MW)", "Class-A2 Pressure Container Manufacturer Certification" issued by National Bureau, "First Level Supply Network Member of Chinese Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation" issued by State Supervision Examination and Quarantine Bureau on Quality, and "Qualified Supplier of China Ocean Petroleum General Company".
