Billion Thunder Internation Limited Co. was founded in 1997 , has about 15 years’ experiences in the mould industry . Billion Thounder has two branch factories .: One Factory is located in Longhua District ,Shenzhen City . It specializes in the line of small precision mould industry . It has the most sophisticated mould processing equipments , for example the AgieCharmilles and Mikron CNC , Japan Makino EDM and Makino Wire-cut , Grinding Machine made in Japan and CMM made in German . The other factory locates in Wangniudun District, Dongguan City.
It mainly produce automobile parts and household electronic enclosures . It has about 3 meters CNC and 3 meters horizontal CNC , 3 metres EDM and crenes about more than 40 tons . It can make large mould at limited 40 tons , mainly produce automobile parts and home electronic appliances . All of the two factories had passed the ISO9001 and UK certificate .
Billion Thounder employs 300 technicians and design engineers who produce over 80 moulds per month. With the latest CAD/CAE/CAM software, we can provide our clients with accurate designs including, product designs, mould structure designs, product manufacture technical designs and finished product inspection standard designs.

Most of our customers are from the big European Countries and the Developed countries of North America:BOSCH,BMW,NOKIA,JVC,RICOH,Midea and etc. |
