Shanghai Remy Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as a member of the Shanghai Machine Department was established by the China KVC Group in 2002 with the technical support from the Institute of Chemical Metallurgy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of sciences and Schneider Maschinenbau GmbH, Germany. The Company integrates research, development, production, distribution and technical services as an effective process. Currently the Company employs 217 people 8% of which are senior engineer.
