LONSID is a ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certified leading manufacturer of POU water dispenser, bottle type water dispenser, beverage dispenser, soda cooler, atmospheric pure water generator, stainless drinking fountain, Water filter, and R.O. Water Purifying Equipment etc, we’ll handle your entire project in-house, from production of components to final assembly. Our five workshops are outfitted with 165 sets of plastic injection machines, 30 sets of plate-punching machines and 6 automated assembly lines that include equipment from Germany and Japan. We have our own molding centre, R&D centre and water quality IDM institute. In order to largely promote the water home appliance project, in 2009, Lonsid invest 30 million US dollars to build a new manufacturing region near Shanghai, the 20 production lines at our 430,000 square meters new factory are run according to ERP and PDM management systems. As a result, we can turn out more than 250,000 units even month.
we’ve been devoting over 70 percent of our business to OEM or ODM. Our 10- year tract record includes handing projects for Coca-Cola, Nestle, Electra, Aquatal and Kosmologic as well as installing atmospheric water generator and water filtration systems in the US, Mexico, Africa and Middle East.
Based on 10 years R&D, production and marketing experience in this particular field, and with a high qualified and experienced team of over 15 engineers and technicians, we have established a solid reputation for innovation and quality among customers and end users in and out of China. We implement strict QC procedures during each stage of production, including materials incoming, processing and pre-packaging inspections, as well as product testing.
