Shaanxi TEFICO Petroleum Mechanical And Electric New Technology Co., Ltd, is located in Baoji City of Shaanxi Province, the biggest drilling machinery equipment production base in China. Our company is surrounded by Qinling Mountain Range and Weihe River, with convenient communications of Long-Hai Railway, Bao-Cheng Railway, Bao-Zhong Railway, and Xi''an International Airport.
The total registered capital of our company is RMB 30 million with assets of RMB 90 million. Our major businesses include drilling rig research and development and design, 1000-7000m drilling rig, workover rig manufacture, and rig main component batch production, such as winches, transmission devices, chain boxes for articulated vehicles, derricks and pedestals, F series mud pump and accessory manufacture, oilfield technology service and drilling tool domestic and overseas sale, rig overhauling and transformation, drilling and casing inspection, and so on.
Our company now has 180 staff members, including 13 senior engineers, 20 engineers, 4 economists and 95 intermediate and senior technical workers.
Our company consists of a technology development department, a production department, a QC department, a comprehensive management department, a riveting and welding factory, a general assembly factory and a mechanical processing factory. Our company has registered China Private Oil Service Company in Hong Kong with the major business of overseas rig sale and oilfield technology services in order to open overseas markets.
TEFICO has an area of 70000 square meters, including a workshop area of 16200 square meters, an office area of 3500 square meters, and a drilling rig assembly well site area of 20000 square meters. We have 53 sets of machining equipment, 42 sets of riveting and welding equipment, and 1 set of rig component test-bed.
Our rigs are mainly sold to Daqing oilfield, Changqing oilfield, Zhongyuan oilfield and Shengli oilfield. With increasingly rich production experience, and constantly strengthening international cooperation, so far, our products have been successfully sold to Iran, Indonesia, Mongolia and CIS.
Shaanxi TEFICO attained ISO9001:2000 quality system authentication in 2004 and API Spec 4F and API Spec 7K certifications in December of 2008 with certificates of No. 4F-0163 and 7K-0161.
