From January to November in 2005, accumulated apparent consumption of the domestic steel market reached 340.58 million tons, increasing 56.22 million tons or 19.7% over the same period last year, among which domestic production was 335.24 million tons, increasing 24.6%, while imported goods decreased by 12.1%.
